Zanussi Condenser Tumble Dryer Not Collecting Water

Do you have a Zanussi Condenser Tumble Dryer that’s not collecting water? When it’s working correctly, it should be collecting water. If the water doesn’t come out of the system, the condenser may be broken and the machine needs to be repaired or replaced. By following these steps, you can get your water collection system back on track and find out if the condenser is the cause of the problem.

First, find the condenser. Most condensers are mounted under the door. Open the door and look for the water condenser hose leading into the duct system. If it’s broken, it’s beneath the door. Run a hot water hose through the duct and back into the house. You should find it sitting directly under the condenser. If the condenser is there, repair it, otherwise replace it.

Next, check the water intake valve for a loose gasket or damaged hoses. It’s located next to the condenser, below the air filter. Loose hoses are a sign that the condenser is worn or not working properly. If you can, purchase a new one and make sure it works right. If it doesn’t work, it’s time to replace the condenser.
